Building Spaces
This document was created to conceptualize our future space based on living with engineers for two years. The construction company that executed the project told me in person that they took the project on explicitly because of this document and "how much thought had gone into it". Through the pandemic they worked to create an incredible space with impeccable fit and finish to match the integrity of the document. The Lesson: People can feel when care has gone into something.
Conversation Design
Created during the initial wave of conversation design in 2019 before AI entered the scene. Separately includes a canvas for designing conversations in a workshop. The Lesson: Good things can also have a short shelf life.
